Registered Massage Therapy

This massage uses a series of techniques (either light or deep) to promote relaxation, reduce stiffness, and restore the body to its natural state. Great for anybody who needs to unwind, address a condition, or is in need of a tune-up.


Pre-Natal Massage

A specialized therapy designed to support pregnant individuals as the body goes through changes. Pregnancy pillows and bolsters provide safe and comfortable positioning, allowing for gentle yet effective relief from back pain, improved circulation, and reduced stress.


Thai Massage

Thai massage is a traditional therapy that combines massage, assisted stretching, and acupressure techniques to improve flexibility, relieve tension, and restore energy flow.


Lymphatic Massage Therapy

A gentle, rhythmic massage that stimulates the lymphatic system to promote drainage, reduce swelling, and support immune function.


Cupping

A traditional healing practice that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction, promoting blood flow and relaxation.
Provided using either Fire or Dry/Vacuum Cupping.
